Meet Georgina

I’m Georgina

- a mummy, creative, and lifelong learner who knows what it’s like to live with a mind that doesn’t quite fit the mould.

I was diagnosed with dyslexia, but I recognise strong elements of sensory processing differences, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, ADHD, mild autism traits, dysgraphia, slow processing, and visual stress.

Dyslexia has shaped every part of my life

- from my own school years to raising children who see and experience the world differently too.

I know what it feels like to want the best for your child, or for yourself, but not know where to start.

Over the years, I’ve done a lot of internal reflecting.

Noticing how food, hormones, and gentle routines can completely change how I feel and function.

Those lessons taught me that change is possible - and now I help others find what works for their mind, too.

Over the years, I’ve gathered tools, strategies, and trusted experts that truly make a difference - not just in classrooms, but in everyday life.

Now, I use everything I’ve learned to help families and adults feel understood, supported, and confident again.

While this journey can be tough, it’s also full of possibility, strength, and growth.

My Story

School was never easy for me.

I was bright and creative, but no one really knew how to teach me.

I learned through art, movement, music, and being outdoors — long before anyone talked about learning differences.

Music, especially, helped calm my nervous system and; it gave me focus when everything else felt too loud.

And yes - even though I often learned in my own way, I still found subjects I loved and could truly excel in.

When my own children faced the same struggles, everything I’d felt as a child came rushing back.

I noticed the similarities early on - even in their first school years - but the education and medical systems didn’t know how to support us when things began to unravel.

I understood every frustration - and every small win.

It was hard.

But over time, I found what helps: calm spaces, gentle routines, and managing the nervous system.

Now, I use everything I’ve learned - from my own life and my family’s - to help others find calm, confidence, and the right tools for everyday life.

Because it can be tough - but I believe there’s always a way through.

Not sure where to start or who to turn to?

Whether it’s for your child or yourself, it can feel overwhelming trying to find the right support.

Between work, school pressures, and mixed advice online, it’s easy to feel unsure what to do next.

Together, we’ll create a simple plan that works for you and your family.

It all starts with one call.
