1. About the services

All coaching, workshops, and digital resources are run by Georgina – Fantastic Alternative Brains.
Services are for information and personal development, not medical or psychological diagnosis.

2. Booking & payment

1:1 sessions are confirmed once payment is received.
Packages must be used within [for example 6 months] of purchase.
Workshop places are limited and filled on a first-come basis.

3. Cancellations & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.
Missed sessions without notice may be charged in full.

4. Refunds

Digital products (e.g., The Resource Hub access or guides) are non-refundable once accessed.

Georgina offers guidance and support based on lived experience and training, but results depend on each person’s situation and actions.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared in sessions or the community is kept private unless disclosure is required by law or safety concerns.

7. The Resource Hub membership

Monthly or yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

8. Workshops & community spaces

Be kind and respectful.
Bullying, spam, or inappropriate language may result in removal without refund.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by UK law, and disputes will be handled in UK courts.
